Please be informed that the ECTA-Cefic guidelines for standardized coding of transport events have been updated In August, 2024. In this latest revision, a clarification was added to the code 11 “Force of nature” whereby “unplanned roadblocks” might cause road transport delays of several hours due to severe road accidents, tunnel closures and/or extreme weather conditions which are beyond anyone’s control.
