ECTA Digitalization Workgroup

Workgroup Goals

1. Focus in 2024 on the implementation of the individual ECTA Best Practice Guidelines which is the responsibility of each company. However, implementing standards turns out to be very difficult as the customer is king (= the commercial transport rate decides above the use of an ECTA IT standard).

2. No new ECTA digital standards will be introduced in 2024.

3. Continued promotion of the ECTA digital standards.
