RC KPI submissions 2023
We are delighted to report that all RC memberships have been renewed for 2024 based on the submission of KPIs and the annual improvement plan, both of which are essential elements of the RC program.
We have 64 RC members this year and 45 of them met all of the requirements by the 29th February deadline. All companies met the extended deadline of 31st March.
Analysis of the rc kpi reports and next year´s deadline
It is really important for us to get the data promptly so that our analysis can be complete and accurate. The consolidated data is shared in many ways as interest in the results increases across a wider audience.
Next year there will be no extension to the published deadline which means that any companies who are late will not have their RC membership renewed for that year.
With that in mind, we will be sending out a survey in April to establish a better understanding of the issues that members face and how the process could be improved. Clearly, we want to see all memberships renewed.
We will continue to use our LinkedIn channel to communicate updates on KPI submission and I would like to thank all our members for the work they have put in to getting the job completed this year. The RC KPI 2023 data will now be further consolidated and the final RC KPI results will be shared after review with the ECTA Board early June.
