The EFTCO digital eECD roll out moves forward with ECLIC across Europe

As communicated through EFTCO and ECLIC, the digital hybrid eECD process allows cleaning stations to switch 100% to the new digital
eECD’s which increases compliancy, decreases the tank cleaning administration costs and reduces truck driver waiting times.
Since last year, two HTC Columbus cleaning stations in the Antwerp area have successfully made the 100% digital eECD switch using the industry standard ECLIC API’s in combination with their integrated LynX Automation cleaning software vendors.
Today, many carriers, shippers and terminals have meanwhile received the digital hybrid eECD’s whereby companies with an ECLIC eECD’s licence are able to further integrate and automate this  digital eECD process within their existing software to further save costs.

In addition, an eECD communication letter has been sent out to carriers to further roll out the digital eECD in the Rotterdam chemical cluster via Shell and to the Tarragona-Barcelona chemical cluster via Repsol, Covestro and BASF. The eECD is translated meanwhile in six language and ECLIC is pride to announce that a new record of eECD’s was issued last month.
